  The size should be taken just above the ears, and measure with a centimeter around the head.

Measure your head circumference approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows. The ears must also fit into the helmet!

If you are hesitant between 2 sizes, always take the smaller size. The helmet should always hug your cheeks at the start, the pads always end up settling.

It generally takes 1 month to be comfortable in a new helmet!

IMPORTANT: When you turn your head, the headset should follow the movement without floating on your face. It's a safety issue!!!
